For the goods sold, the shipping is currently within INDIA and the currency dealt with is INR only.

All the policies listed here are applicable for the sale of goods and services offered by Valstekt Enterprises. It is considered that all the policies are agreed upon before making a purchase of goods or services or execution of any agreement with Valstekt Enterprises.

Returns and replacements are not allowed. The manufacturer guarantee applies if registered with the respective manufacturer.

Dispute resolution:

 

Usually, disputes if any, are resolved by email. If there arises a need for legal settlement, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Machilipatnam only.
